Dear YCE Neighbors,

The YCECA Fall 2011 Adult Social has been scheduled for Friday, Sept 30, at the Garden Club of St Petersburg. Please refer to the Event Flyer  for details!

The Social Committee has made some changes in the event format in response to input from neighbors. We hope these changes will both please previous attendees and encourage more of our neighbors to participate:

• The event has been moved to a larger venue familiar to most of you – the Garden Club

• The focus is long longer just on wine, but on providing a variety of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

for attendees enjoyment

• The larger venue area means that Tables and chairs will be available for your comfort. Bar-height tables

will also be available

• The larger venue also means that attendees should feel less “crowded”, making it easier to move about and socialize

• The event hours have been extended to 6:30-9:00 PM to make it easier for those coming from work

• What remains the same is the Committee’s plan to provide a variety of delicious Hors d’Oeuvres and Appetizer selections
