Yacht Club Estates Annual Yard Sale

YCEA will place an advertisement in St. Pete Times and Beach Beacon.

Signs will be posted around the neighborhood the morning of the yard sale day.

If you are interested, we are working on finding a charity to pick up unsold items.

 

Helpful Tips for Sellers

·         Price your items; this cuts down on questions, many customers hate to ask for a price

·         Have plenty of change

·         Have newspaper, bags, or boxes to wrap and pack items

·         Display items and make sure items are clean

·         Have an extension cord near an electrical outlet, to test electronics and appliances

Helpful Tips for Shoppers

·         Carry plenty of change

·         Park properly and drive safely

·         Bartering is fine but be realistic; offering $0.10 for a $10.00 item is rude and insulting
