Location and Boundaries

Yacht Club Estates (YCE) is an island community located at the western most boundary of the City of St. Petersburg.

It is accessible via the Treasure Island Causeway, which is a continuation of Central Avenue west of Park Street).  Our island community is located along 79th Street South.  Yacht Club Estates is separated from Causeway Isles by a short fixed bridge, the YCE neighborhood begins with the 800 block of 79^th Street. 

YCE is bounded on all sides by the Boca Ciega Bay section of the Florida West Coast Intercoastal Waterway.  YCE residents who are boaters have the luxury of keeping their boats behind their homes on this waterway.  For beach lovers, our island is only minutes away from the City of St Petersburg Municipal Beach on Gulf of Mexico via the Treasure Island Causeway Bridge.
