Arriving by Land

From TAMPA:

Take 275 North toward St Petersburg. Exit 23 (5^th Avenue North). Proceed straight through the Exit intersection and take a Right onto Central Avenue. Proceed West on Central Avenue to the traffic signal at the intersection with Park Street.

From SARASOTA:

Take 275 South toward St Petersburg. Exit 20 (35^th Avenue South). Continue on 35^th Ave until you reach Central Ave. Turn Left and proceed West on Central to the traffic signal at the intersection with Park Street.

From CLEARWATER:

Take US 19 South to Central Avenue. Turn Right and proceed West on Central to the traffic signal at the intersection with Park Street.

The FINAL LEG of Your Journey:

Continue straight through the intersection, crossing Park Street. You will pass over a fixed bridge onto the Treasure Island Causeway.   Turn left at next the traffic signal onto 79^th Street South.  Continue on 79^th Street until you reach a short fixed bridge.  Continue on across this bridge to enter our Yacht Club Estates neighborhood.
