 ANNOUNCEMENTS - What's new on your Website? Find what you need.  Yacht Club Estates Civic Association members will be able to obtain an account that provides access to the Members Only section of the Web Site in 2010. This access is being developed in conjunction with the new Neighborhood Residents' Directory. YCECA Members will be contacted to setup these accounts when this access is available. Welcome to the Yacht Club Estates Civic Association (YCECA) Web Site. This site is designed to provide residents and visitors with easy access to important information about our Neighborhood and local community. Yacht Club Estates is a St Petersburg, FL waterfront neighborhood located in the Western part of the City, adjacent to the Treasure Island Bridge. Yacht Club Estates consists entirely of single family dwellings. It is a water oriented community with about 99 percent of the homes being waterfront homes on Boca Ciega Bay. Almost all homes have docks and most have boats (either power or sail). Swimming, fishing and boating are favorite hobbies of residents.
